libkwnn-dev software package provides Header files and static library for kWnn (FreeWnn kserver), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkwnn-dev
libkwnn-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkwnn-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkwnn-dev *
You will get with libkwnn-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
